Yes! If you’ve got files from another host, you can upload them directly via SFTP or through our panel's file manager. Need help? Open a ticket and we’ll walk you through it.
Can I switch games later?
For Minecraft servers, yes — you can change between different server types or modpacks from the panel. Game switching across titles isn’t available yet, but it’s planned.
Can I see live usage stats like CPU or RAM?
You can — our game panel shows real-time resource usage, console logs, and performance graphs.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Every service includes built-in DDoS protection at the network level, with mitigation systems running 24/7.
How do I create an account?
Just order any game server. You’ll need an email and a password — that’s it.
I forgot my password. Now what?
Hit the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If that doesn't work, reach out and we’ll help.
Can I change my account email or name?
Yes. You can update your email and contact info in your client area. For name changes, drop us a message.
Where do I find my invoices and billing info?
Log in to your client area and click “Billing” — you’ll find all past invoices, due dates, and payment methods there.
Can I give someone else access to my server?
Yep! Inside the panel, you can add sub-users and choose what they can do — from full admin to just starting/stopping the server.
Can I access multiple servers under one account?
Yep! You can manage all your services from one login — no need for multiple accounts.
Can I give a friend billing access without giving full control?
For security, billing access stays private — but you can add friends or staff as users on specific servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and sometimes local options depending on your country.
Can I pay quarterly or yearly instead of monthly?
Yes — when ordering, just pick the billing cycle you prefer. You’ll get a slight discount on longer terms.
What happens if I forget to pay on time?
Your server will be suspended after the due date. You’ll have a grace period to pay before we delete it — but we’ll remind you first.
Do you offer account credit or gift codes?
Not at the moment — but it’s something we’re considering. If you’re buying for someone else, ordering with their email is the easiest option.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We have a 72-hour refund window for new orders. If you're not happy, just let us know why.
Can I set my server to renew automatically?
Yes, you can enable auto-renew in your customer area. Or leave it off if you prefer manual control.

We use next-gen, high-performance AMD Ryzen 7950x CPUs (up to 5.7 GHz), Gen-4 NVMe SSDs for fast read/write speeds, DDR5 5600MHz ECC gaming memory, and premium 1-10 GB/s ports networking for low-latency connections.
Where are your servers located?
We host your servers in LifeinCloud's availability zones (a trusted European cloud services provider). We started with their own Bucharest data center, but we're expanding into their London and Frankfurt zones as well. More locations are coming soon.
Do you limit CPU or RAM usage per server?
No hard limits. You’ll always get the resources your server needs, and our platform handles scaling behind the scenes.

Can I install custom modpacks or server jars?
Yes. You can upload any mod, plugin, or custom jar via the file manager or SFTP.
Do you support versions like Forge, Fabric, or Paper?
We support all major server types — and you can switch versions easily from the panel.
Can I use my own world?
Absolutely. Just upload your world folder and set the correct world name in the panel.
Do I get a MySQL database?
Yes — every Minecraft server comes with a free MySQL database for plugins and advanced configs.
Can I change the server location after ordering?
Yes, but it will involve a migration. Just contact support and we’ll help you move it.
How do I install a modpack?
Use the our panel’s modpack installer. Pick from popular packs like FTB, CurseForge, and others. Want a custom one? Upload your files via SFTP.
Do I need to use FTP?
Nope. Our game panel has a built-in file manager that works right in your browser. But if you prefer FTP/SFTP, that’s fully supported too.
Can I schedule restarts or backups?
Yes. Our game panel includes automatic backups and scheduled tasks. You can set up daily restarts, timed saves, or anything else you need.
Can I reset my world without reinstalling the whole server?
Yes. You can delete just the world folder and restart the server. It’ll generate a fresh one automatically.
Is it possible to run multiple worlds?
You can store multiple world folders and swap between them as needed. Just rename the one you want to load.
Do I get my own TS3 server or just a channel?
You get a full, private server — with admin access, not a shared instance.
How many channels can I create?
As many as you like. You’re free to customize the layout however you want.
Can I manage the server from a web panel?
Yes. You can manage everything from your client area — add users, set permissions, create backups.
Is the voice quality good?
Yes. TS3 still offers some of the best low-latency voice quality available, especially for gaming groups.
Can I use a password to protect the server?
Yep. You can set a server-wide password or lock individual channels.
Can I change the number of slots on my TS3 server later?
Yes. You can upgrade your slot count at any time. We’ll handle the update for you with zero downtime.
Is my voice traffic limited or metered?
Not at all. There are no limits on voice usage or bandwidth. Talk as much as you like.
